Night Shift RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Junior Debt Specialist, you will play a critical role in our Debt Management department by handling inbound and outbound calls from customers seeking debt relief solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to pre-qualify customers based on a scripted set of questions and criteria. Once a customer is pre-qualified, you will promptly transfer the call to a Senior Debt Specialist who will provide personalized assistance and guidance. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team. QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
• Sales or collections background
• Excellent verbal communication skills with clear and professional phone etiquette
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to follow a script and pre-qualify customers effectively
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls
• Basic knowledge of debt relief and financial services is a plus
• Proficiency in using computer systems and databases
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and industry regulations About Cloudstaff
