Jr. Demand Planner

Responsibilities

• Forecasts, monitors, and analyze sales trends, sales performances, and revenue of handled brand/s


• Prepares purchase orders considering demands and activities set by both parties


• Ensures proper stock levels are met at any given time (sales to stock ratio is at par, sufficient buffer stock and etc.)


• Monitors and evaluates sell through of ordered merchandise through analysis of sales data


• Monitors the delivery of ordered items and ensuring compliance to the delivery schedule set by suppliers.


• Coordinates the delivery up until inbounding of items with warehouse and other related groups.


• Manage inventory levels. Coordinates and aligns with accounts executives and brand partners on stock issues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven working experience in merchandising.


• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.


• Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices.


• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.


• Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills.


• Commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers.


• BS degree in Marketing or any business related course.
