Job Description - Jr. Graphic Designer(Remote)

Be part of our growing work-from-home team in the Philippines!

We're looking for a creative and reliable Junior Graphic Designer who also has a knack for social media content creation and management. You’ll support our Marketing Team by designing posts, organizing content calendars, and publishing content across our platforms. This is a perfect role for someone who’s still growing in the field but wants to work on real campaigns with creative freedom and room to learn.

What You’ll Do:

Design eye-catching graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms (posts, stories, reels thumbnails, etc.)

Create and manage a monthly content calendar

Schedule and publish posts using scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.)

Collaborate with the Marketing Team to stay aligned with our visual identity

What We’re Looking For:

Basic experience in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools)

Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn as content platform

Ability to organize content visually and maintain brand consistency

Some knowledge of social media marketing (what works, what doesn’t, engagement basics)
