Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)

IT Specialist responsibilities include maintaining the computer networking system in an office environment by tracking server activity, performing upgrades of software, maintaining computer hardware, addressing questions about technical problems, and improving efficiency by evaluating system network functions. To add, as an Administrative Assistant, your role is to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the office. Supports managers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. You are responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material.

Ideal Candidate (must have requirements):

• Bachelor in Science in any IT-related course.
• At least 2 years of experience. 
• Below 2 years of experience but with basic PHP programming background are welcome to apply!
• Must know about Windows 10
• Must have basic knowledge of MAC
• Knowledge of GSuite and Google Apps, Microsoft Apps, and cloud services is a must
• Basic knowledge in troubleshooting VoIP systems is a plus
• Familiar with the IT ticketing system
• Must be willing to physically carry hardware equipment and setup workstations
• Must be willing to extend overtime and be on call as needed.
• Amenable to working on-site at our Cebu City office

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Onboard new hires and set up a workstation for employees to start on a given date
• Offboard employees who have separated from the Company
• Assist in managing assets and movement of company equipment
• Provide technical support to staff, Operations team, and Clients
• Communicate directly to Clients either by phone, email, or instant messaging on a needed basis
• Maintain Company assets and ensured equipment is functional
• Create programs for automation
