We are looking for ambitious fresh graduates to join our Junior Project Manager Cadetship Program — a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in managing software development projects from the ground up.

About the Program: Our cadetship program offers structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in delivering software projects. Over 12 months, you’ll work closely with experienced project managers, engineers, and business teams to understand how real-world software solutions are built and delivered. Upon successful completion, cadets will be considered for a permanent Junior Project Manager role within our team.

What You Will Learn:

· Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies

· Project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination

· Risk, issue, and change management

· Client communication and stakeholder management

· Software development life cycle (SDLC) fundamentals

· Practical tools like Asana and MicroSoft Project

Qualifications:

· Recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business and Accounting, or related fields

· A genuine interest in project management and software development

· Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

· Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

· Basic understanding of software development concepts (advantageous but not mandatory)
