Job Description

PRIMARY ROLE ON QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Creation of quality and complete test plan and test script to test functionality, performance, stability, and compatibility with other systems.
  
• Executes testing based on the test script on a timely and complete fashion.
  
• Properly documents his/her findings and can communicate this properly to the Scrum Team or project stakeholders.
  
• Conducts regression testing to ensure the consistency and stability of a solution.
  
• Participate and interact in regular team-based meetings and skill share sessions to help the team improve.
  

SUPPORT ROLE ON QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Look for ways to improve ways of working including implementation of new QA tools and services such as automated regression testing
  
• Works with Product Owners to implement UAC standards that help prevent common issues or common bugs from reoccurring.
  
• Work with other members of the team to check on to help prevent common issues or common bugs from reoccurring.
  
• Provides insightful and out-of-the-box solutions to bugs and enhancements that may be found during testing.
  

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, management, or other related fields.
  
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  
• Excellent planning, organizational, time management skills, and following through on commitments.
  
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
  
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site if required, but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
