Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
The primary job of the Jr Sales Executive is to build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Identifies, research, evaluate and pursue business development opportunities to achieve sales target.
2. Develops sales and marketing projects, partnerships, and alliances that will contribute to the organization's short and long-term goals.
3. Establishes long-term relationships with industry groups to promote the organization and its products and services.
4. Leads meetings and negotiations, conducts sales presentations, design proposals with potential clients and business partners.
5. Refers sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate people in the organization and liaise with other functional and operational teams to ensure that service level metrics are met.
6. Meet the annual target set by the Management.
7. Treats all documents as highly confidential and must be secured.
