Jr. System Analyst

Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated System Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IT solutions that support and improve business processes. You will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that system requirements are fully understood and translated into effective solutions.

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective IT systems.
• Document system specifications, workflows, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and recommend enhancements.
• Develop and assist in executing test plans to validate system functionality.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for existing systems.

KEY SKILL:

• Must have at least 1 year TO 2 years IT industry experience demonstrating ability to plan, manage and deliver complex projects
• Strong knowledge in Systems Analyst in the full Systems Development Life Cycle of enterprise-wide web-based application systems
• Experience in Design, Documentation and data gathering 

• Government Mandated (SSS, PagIbig, Philhealth)
• 13th month pay
• VL/SL
