• To prepare the architectural drawings involved from Pre-Design Stage up to Construction Stage.
• To prepare presentation drawings such as rendered plans, perspectives, and animations.
• To prepare technical requirements like area tabulation and inventory checklist, sales map and batching maps.

• Must be a Licensed Architect
• Experience in subdivision planning or real estate development
• Knowledgeable in AutoCad, Photoshop, Primavera
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Willing to be assigned in Makati city
