Junior Auditor Operations

A degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Internal Audit or related course.- At least 2 years' experience as field auditor, credit investigator, fraud audit or any related experience - A thorough understanding of key areas such as risk, compliance, and operational.- Knowledgeable of accounting software such as QuickBooks/oracle and netsuite.- Impeccable organizational and analytical skills- Ability to work according to tight deadlines - Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills- Planning Audits from start to finish- Verifying documents, figures and account detailsMaterial requiesition Slip including issuances; Material return; BIN Cards/Stock Cards; Stock Transfer;Gatepass; Delivery receipts; Turnover forms; Internal Memos or any other related documents/forms- System Audit- Monthly Inventory Reports/Records - Service reports, estimates, proposals/quotations, etc.- Documents related purchase of assets - Engaged Drafting of the audit programs and questionnaires- Inventory Reconciliation; Inventory count including cycle counts - Asset count and reconciliation
