Junior Business Consultant | Hybrid

• Assists on designing timelines based on the capacity of the team and client expectations on project implementation
  
• Comply with all necessary project documentations
  
• Able to manage clients/stakeholders to deliver great customer experience and mitigate project risks
  
• Ability to communicate with different types of stakeholders within the project, do meetings and presentations
  
• Able to assist on creating comprehensive project plans and drive the project with all stakeholders 
  
• Creation of client proposals, desktop review, contracts, and other documents as requested
  
• Do client on boarding training like new ways of working and cultural training
  
• Handle queries, escalations or issues and provide relevant solutions to clients. Escalate as needed to HBOC or MD.
  
• Work with recruitment team, IT and operations to ensure delivery of project timelines based on agreed TAT with the client
  
• Delivery of service with high satisfaction rate from the client.
  

• Deliver to clients written processes and procedures within the project plan timeline
  
• Able to understand processes and procedures and provide recommendations for improvement as necessary for the client
  
• Identify wastes and gaps in the process to design more efficient processes for our clients.
  
• Assist on designing process workflow and or recommending technologies to client as needed to improve their system.
  
• Assist CD & O Manager on doing consulting work with clients as project managers
  
• Design customer journey mapping, communication templates and other documents as needed in the journey map
  
• Maintain a project plan that is well up to date, assist on advising client on upcoming due dates and managing any delays in the project
  
• Other adhoc task as needed
  

Requirements

• Graduate of any business course highly preferred
  
• 1-2 years experience on project implementation and coordination for process improvement/task migration/ operations projects, required
  
• Client management experience is an advantage
  
• Proficiency in PowerPoint along with strong presentation experience
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
  
• Project management tools (JIRA, MS Planner) is a nice to have
  
• Amenable to work Once a week Onsite at Eastwood, Quezon City
