You'll manage developing strategic partnerships and alliances, nurturing long-term relationships, and creating compelling proposals. Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of Business Development experience.
  • Must have experience in Lead Generation/ Client Acquisition.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in selling HR services to corporate clients or a background in HR as a generalist is a plus
  • Background screening experience is also advantageous.


Scope & Responsibilities:


  • Identifies, researches, evaluates, and pursues business development opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Develops sales and marketing projects, partnerships, and alliances that will contribute to the organization's short- and long-term goals.
  • Establishes long-term relationships with industry groups to promote the organization and its products and services.
  • Leads meetings and negotiations, conducts sales presentations, and designs proposals with potential clients and business partners.
  • Refers sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate people in the organization and liaises with other functional and operational teams to ensure that service level metrics are met.
  • Meets the annual targets set by the management.
  • Treats all documents as highly confidential and ensures they are secured.
