Junior Collections Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Junior Collections Analyst. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment and is ready to take ownership of collections responsibilities while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly collections activities in a methodical and timely manner.
• Create, update, and maintain various collections reports using MS Excel.
• Communicate professionally with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding issues.
• Prioritize and track tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines and targets.
• Analyze account data to make informed decisions on appropriate collection actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous process improvement.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance standards.
• Assist in developing and improving standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must have strong fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in a multinational or shared services environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent MS Excel skills; capable of producing, maintaining, and interpreting collections-related reports.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical thinking and sound judgment in decision-making.
• Experience in a B2B Collections or Credit Control environment is a plus.
• Flexible to work on rotating shifts under a hybrid work setup.
