Location / Shift Mabalacat Office, Mid Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Draftsman to join our team. As an AutoCAD Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating accurate and precise technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software. You will work closely with the internal project management team and sales team to understand project requirements, specifications, and objectives and translate them into comprehensive drawings. Your proficiency in AutoCAD and attention to detail will be critical in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our design and construction projects. R esponsibilities include:

• ● Collaborate with internal project management team and sales team to understand project requirements, specifications, and objectives.
• ● Create detailed technical drawings and plans using Microvellum (an AutoCAD based software).
• ● Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, sketches, and concepts to develop accurate and comprehensive CAD drawings.
• ● Incorporate design changes, modifications, and updates into existing drawings as required.
• ● Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of drawings and related project documents.
• ● Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements .

Qualifications

• ● Previous experience or training in the use of AutoCAD.
• ● Proficiency in using AutoCAD software to create 2D and 3D technical drawings.
• ● Strong understanding of architectural and engineering design principles, terminology, and standards.
• ● Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• ● Solid knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
• ● Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• ● Ability to interpret and translate design concepts, sketches, and specifications into accurate technical drawings.
• ● Effective communication skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
• ● Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
