Junior Finance Associate (2025/2026 Accountancy & Finance Graduates)

We are looking for an exceptional Junior Finance Associate who develops a deep understanding of strong finance processes, systems, and controls within a fast-paced, structured environment. You'll spend meaningful time on operational finance: reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and record-keeping. It's not always thrilling, but it's how you build judgment and credibility. Master this, and you earn the opportunity to take on more complex work

Responsibilities

1. Own daily, weekly, and monthly processes, reporting, and reconciliations.
2. Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Support ad-hoc projects and collaborate across teams.

1. Relevant experience: Maximum 1 year of relevant finance experience in a fintech, tech, or start-up environment or industry as an intern or a full time employee is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
2. Academic background: Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics degree (or equivalent analytical background).
3. Excel proficiency: Excellent Excel skills knowledgeable on different formulas (pivot tables, lookup, raw data cleanup, data reconciliation, creation of basic financial statements)
4. Analytical: Attention to detail and a sharp problem solver. Strong work ethic and ability to adapt.

Nice to have:

1. Finance or accounting internship experience
2. Campus leadership demonstrating you can juggle competing priorities
3. Interest in pursuing a CPA

Benefits

• Monthly base salary: PHP 25,000-28,000 depending on experience
