Junior Financial Coordinator

• Graduate of BS in Accounting or Economics

• With 1-2 years’ experience as Financial Analyst

• Advance knowledge in excel and exposure in Power BI, Tableau, or ERP.

• Working in the IT Industry is an advantage.

• Daily Financial Operations Perform daily review and verification of financial entries in Xero to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Identify and resolve discrepancies in daily financial postings.
• Reporting and Dashboard Management Update and maintain the Power BI Dashboard with the latest financial and operational data. Ensure dashboard visualizations are accurate, relevant, and accessible to stakeholders.
• Profit & Loss (P&L) Monitoring and Analysis Update required datasets for monthly and quarterly P&L reporting. Reconcile financial reports to ensure P&L accuracy. Prepare P&L reports for review by the General Accounting (GA) team. Conduct detailed P&L analysis to identify variances, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Financial and EƯiciency Reporting Prepare and maintain FSS Cost EƯiciency Reports, highlighting areas of operational cost optimization. Provide actionable recommendations to management based on cost and performance data.
• Cross-Team Collaboration Coordinate with the GA team and other finance functions to ensure smooth reporting cycles. Provide ad hoc financial data support to management and relevant departments
