Junior Multimedia Specialist

• Edit and enhance video and audio content by syncing tracks, adjusting visuals, and adding graphics or effects as needed.
  

• Edit podcast episodes for both audio and video, ensuring clear sound quality, smooth transitions, and overall polished production.
  
• Manage publishing schedules and ensure timely release of episodes.
  

• Design engaging episode covers, thumbnails, and podcast artwork for each release.
  

• Create and assist in designing promotional content tailored for social media platforms.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Fine Arts, Information Technology major in Multimedia Arts or related field.
  
• At least 2 -3 years of experience in marketing with focus on graphic design, video editing, and social media management.
  
• Proficiency in editing software/s(e.g.Adobe Creative Apps like Audition, Premiere, After Effects. Other apps like Descript, Audacity and Capcut).
  
• Strong understanding in social media platforms and best practices.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong integrity to handle sensitive and confidential information
  
• Strong organization and time -management skills
