Junior .Net Developer

Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking a talented .Net Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing applications using the .NET framework, creating efficient code that enhances our software products and meets customer needs. Your work will support various projects across different sectors, providing you with diverse challenges and opportunities to grow your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using .NET technologies
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards to ensure the quality of the codebase
• Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and performance issues
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate them into ongoing projects
• Document development processes, code changes, and overall project specifications

• Implementation of new features.
• Maintenance and enhancement of existing applications.
• Define CMS coding specifications and development standards.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.
• Conduct technical training and walkthroughs of new features.
• Conduct technical walkthroughs of system changes.
• Write code for maintenance, features, and updates.
• Provide production support, investigate issues raised by users and manage
• technical activities like application testing, program optimization and others; and
• Perform any other function or task related to the foregoing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
• Design, develop, and test software applications using the .Net framework
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug software applications to address issues and improve functionality
• Ensure software quality through testing and documentation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in .Net development
