Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting or any related course
• Preferably with CPA license or CPA graduate
• With experience is an advantage
• Ready to start ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Develop User's Guides and provide extensive training to End Users.
• Have capability to solve user issues within assigned SLAs
• Work with a team to develop, test, and roll-out solutions.
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers.
• Conduct demos, train, and walkthrough different NetSuite process areas.
• Prepare work scope documents resulting from personalization sessions, encapsulating proposed solutions.
• Work with the technical team to build, develop, and test customized solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues arising during configuration sessions.
• Translate business requirements to the technical team members. Translate technology solutions obtained from the technical team to clients.
• Conduct Cut-over and Go-Live processes.
• Provide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
• Conduct PreSales activities and work with Sales/Technical resources on opportunities
• Conduct client demonstrations for NS
