Qualifications:
- At least 8 years in the BPO industry:
Demonstrated extensive experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector.
- 5 years or more experience as an Operations Manager is a PLUS:
Preferably with a proven track record of leadership in a Team Lead role.
- Excellent English communication and multitasking skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferably with a background in Customer Service:
- Appointment setting experience is a plus:
Previous experience in appointment setting is advantageous.
- Willing to work graveyard and can start training immediately:
Flexibility to work during night shifts and immediate availability to start training.
- Has an existing home office setup with a conducive work environment:
Home office setup meeting specified requirements.
- Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD Ryzen equivalent, 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor:

Technical specifications required for the role.
- Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps upload and download. Back-up power/internet is a plus:
Reliable and high-speed internet connection with contingency measures.
- Personal savings account for payroll processing:
Availability of a personal savings account for smooth payroll processing.
