Junior PMO Analyst

We are looking for a Junior PMO Analyst to support project management teams through coordination, reporting, and documentation. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational and communication skills who are eager to contribute to structured and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
• Support cross-functional teams in maintaining timelines and project deliverables
• Coordinate project meetings and ensure proper follow-up on action items
• Monitor adherence to PMO standards, templates, and governance processes
• Provide administrative and analytical support to project managers and senior PMO staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or similar support role
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or JIRA is a plus

Preferred:

• Familiarity with IT project lifecycle and PMO best practices
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
• Experience in a financial or banking environment
• Discreet and professional in handling confidential information

Monthly salary: Php 30,000 - 45,000
