Data Analysis & Reporting
•Analyse salary data, market trends, and internal pay structures.
•Support the development of market data reports and remuneration dashboards.
Benchmarking
•Complete individual position matches to provide market data recommendations to the business.
•Contribute to market salary surveys
Compliance
•Ensure pay compliance with the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and company policies.
•WGEA
•Support compliance gender reporting requirements
Remuneration Reviews
•Support annual salary review and bonus processes.
•Support operational execution of cyclical process.
Systems & Tools
•Maintain Workday (HRIS) and remuneration databases.
Stakeholder Support
•Provide first line support to HR Business Partners and managers on pay-related queries.

•Experience in remuneration, HR analytics, or similar roles is advantageous.
•Familiarity with HRIS and market survey tools.
•Strong attention to detail & an interest in data.
