Junior RPA Developer

We are looking for a Junior RPA Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions that streamline business processes. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid technical foundation and a passion for automation, particularly in banking or fintech environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement RPA workflows using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather process requirements and identify automation opportunities
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation scripts to ensure high system performance and reliability
• Support process documentation and ensure alignment with SDLC and agile methodologies
• Assist in the integration of automation solutions with databases, APIs, and other enterprise systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in MS SQL, MS Access, Oracle DB, VBA, ASP.Net, and C#
• Familiar with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, PEGA, or BPA Automate
• Experience in the full RPA lifecycle—from analysis and design to deployment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Preferred:

• RPA tool certification (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
• Knowledge of scripting (Python, PowerShell)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and API integrations
• Experience with process mining tools or workflow engines
• Prior exposure to banking or fintech processes

Monthly salary: Php 45,000 - 60,000
