Junior Service Supervisor

Responsibilities include:•Management of day-to-day operations and process flow•Management of blue-collar line staff•Ensuring compliance to standards (e.g. service process & output, chemical usage quantities)•Contributing to the achievement of company sales targets•Daily on-site interface and interaction with clients and customers•Updating and corresponding with clients regarding the work on their vehicles•Ensuring topnotch service quality and exceptional customer experience•Handling of Special Projects as assigned or directed (e.g. participation in car shows or other events)Values and Character:•Highly motivated and proactive•Willing to be trained and loves to learn•Humble, collaborative, team-player and can work with different personalities•Able to manage and direct self in stressful situations•Knows how to handle and resolve conflict•Able to receive constructive feedback and act upon it•Thrives in facing, engaging and conversing with different people daily, with natural propensity to smile and have an open demeanor•Must possess strong moral character and integrity – honest and trustworthyQualifications:•At least 28 years old, male•Preferably a college graduate of Business, Management, Automotive or any similar course•With at least 2 - 3 years experience preferably in automotive work or in a related job/industry•General knowledge about automobiles•Preferably with knowledge in proper auto detailing and carwash (at least basic)•Loves cars or has some affinity with automobiles•With at least 2 years supervisory experience – directly handling blue-collar frontline staff•Computer-literate – basic Word, Excel and PowerPoint•Knowledgeable in basic internet use – E-mail, Search, Social Media•Proficient in both basic conversational Filipino and English•Knows how to drive (preferably manual and automatic), with valid Driver’s LicenseOpportunities:•Will receive extensive training and guidance in Operations, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing•Opportunity to contribute to the growth and enjoy the success of the company through his work•Opportunity to work alongside company founder in growing the business•Will receive guidance and mentoring direct from the company founder•Inclusion in leadership pool and possible promotion (e.g. to Senior Service Supervisor or to Operations Manager) given necessary tenure, training, experience and performanceCompensation Plan:Salary - probationary period: Php16,000 a monthSalary - when regularized: Php 21,000 a monthAdditional Allowance: Php1,000 a month (when regularized or as directed by management)Sales Incentive: 1.50% of total specified minimum sales targetAuto detailing benefits for personal carRequirements:•In-person, face to face interview•Police clearance•NBI clearance•Barangay clearance•1 x 1 picture – 2 pcs.•Additional valid or government-issued IDs – 2 kinds
