On behalf of Geraci LLP, we are seeking a highly motivated and curious individual to join our team as a Junior Software Developer. No previous software development or professional coding experience is required—we will provide comprehensive training on the technical skills, tools, and systems needed for the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured technical training and apply newly acquired skills to assigned projects.
• Assist in developing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining software applications.
• Analyze problems and identify practical, logical solutions.
• Learn new technologies, tools, and development practices.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate progress, questions, and challenges clearly.
• Follow development procedures and maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge through independent learning and hands-on practice.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the team and business needs.

Requirements

• No previous software development or coding experience is required.
• Demonstrated curiosity and genuine interest in computers and technology.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, decisive, and results-oriented.
• Willingness and ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
• Comfortable experimenting, researching solutions, and learning independently.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
• Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country’s equivalent), is required prior to onboarding.

Preferred Background

Although not required, preference may be given to candidates who:

• Have built, upgraded, repaired, or configured their own computer.
• Hold a degree or have completed coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field—even without professional coding experience.
• Can demonstrate logical thinking through personal projects, technical hobbies, academic work, troubleshooting experience, or similar activities.
• Regularly explore new technologies or independently learn how systems and applications work.

Working Hours:
Full Time (40 hours per week)
Monday through Friday,, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time

Pay: 900 to $1000 + $55 Allowance per month
