Junior Video Editor

Join our team as a Junior Editor and play a key role in producing high-quality video content optimized for diverse platforms. In this role, you’ll learn and apply SEO-driven strategies to boost visibility and engagement, while supporting the creative team in delivering impactful stories. Main Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce videos for various platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) using any relevant tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or emerging tools).


• Apply basic SEO practices: keyword optimization in titles, descriptions, and tags.


• Assist with competitive research, identifying trends and techniques used by competitors.


• Organize and maintain digital assets and ensure structured documentation for projects.


• Implement feedback promptly, improve editing skills, and adapt to platform-specific best practices.

Others:

• Ensure compliance with copyright and brand safety standards.


• Keep up to date with new editing tools, effects, and platform requirements.


• Accepts other responsibilities as maybe assigned by superior according to the need of the Company.


• Creates and preserves the most favorable Company image by conducting all functions in the most ethical and fair manner.


• Administers all assigned functions consistent with and in support to the goal of the company.

Formal Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field required (Marketing, Business, or Analytics preferred)


• 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or performance advertising


• Basic to intermediate video editing skills across multiple tools and platforms (Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar), understanding of SEO basics, and interest in creative trends.


• Certification in Video Editing


• Excel/Sheets and tracking tools (e.g., Voluum, RedTrack)


• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment


• English proficiency required; additional language skills are a plus
