KDN Procurement Functional Associate Director

We're looking for a Procurement Functional Associate Director/Director with hands-on experience in Ivalua, Coupa, and Zycus to drive procurement transformation programs for one of the Big Four global professional services firms. This is a client-facing role, so you'll be working directly with clients to design, implement, and optimize procurement solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement transformation projects using Ivalua, Coupa, and Cypus across multiple geographies and sectors.
• Design and implement functional solutions, optimize Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, and drive digital procurement initiatives.
• Conduct workshops for functional design, integration mapping, and testing.
• Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment across client engagements.
• Mentor managers and senior consultants, contributing to recruitment and internal capability-building initiatives.
• Engage directly with clients, including C-level stakeholders, to provide advisory and thought leadership.
• Support business development and presales activities, presenting solutions and ideas to clients.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and procurement best practices to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• 12-15+ years of procurement and consulting experience, with strong hands-on exposure to Ivalua, Coupa, and Zycus.
• Proven experience leading large-scale S2P/procurement transformation programs with direct client engagement.
• Skilled in functional design workshops, integration design, and testing phases.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, client management, and business development skills.
• Familiarity with ERP integration, API enablement, and SQL is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (MBA/PGDM preferred)
