Assistant Manager, BASIS and Infrastructure

Role Responsibilities:

• Work with SAP team in maintaining stable landscape along with the ability to showcase advanced solutions to improve efficiency.

• Map business requirements to the technical architecture design and information model in SAP architecture.

• Migrate complex SAP workloads to Microsoft Azure both Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.

• Experience with authentication technologies with cloud systems for seamless user experience.

• Hands-on experience in technical landscapes of S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, and Cloud integration.

• Mentor and coach junior team members.

• Manage a small technical team within the project.

• Participate in innovations and bring value additions to clients and the organization.

• Responsible for capacity planning and performance tuning for SAP systems and databases.

Requirements:

• At least 2 SAP S/4 HANA implementations.

• Strong experience in implementing cloud migrations.

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure technologies.

• Hands-on experience with SAP SaaS products.

• Sound knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting cloud environments.

• Customer interaction experience.

• SAP integration experience with SaaS providers/systems.

• Good to have knowledge in ITIL, SAP Security, Network, and Mobility.

• Knowledge of SAP integration methodologies between cloud and on-premises systems.

• Good to have knowledge of Agile Scrum way of working.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.

Must-Have Certifications:

• Certification in SAP S/4 HANA.

• Certification in Azure (desired).

Experience & Background:

• B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA.

• 7-10 years of IT industry experience in SAP domain.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong analytical and logical skills.
