Job Description

The Key Account Manager is mainly responsible in ensuring that client's sourcing needs are addressed using JobStreet.com solutions, maintaining long-term business partnerships with corporate accounts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Account management for assigned account base and ensure client retention by providing excellent customer experience through:

    - Monthly touchpoint via call outs

    - Conducting Annual Account Reviews

    - Submission of ad hoc reports, as needed

    - Providing after-sales support through consultation and sharing of best practices

  2. Design strategies or campaigns to ensure growth of your own account base.
  3. Create value proposition to various HR solutions offered by JobStreet by SEEK.
  4. Understand and demonstrate knowledge in market trends and competition.
  5. Develop and effectively implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  6. Identify and grow sales opportunity within the existing base and able to cross sell when needed.
  7. Prepare and analyze sales performance tools and reports, including trends analysis to monitor and improve sales results.

Qualifications

  • Must possess good communication and people skills. Able to confidently communicate and present in English to clients across all position levels.
  • Possesses a creative mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude, demonstrated by developing innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Self-learner and resilient. Exudes passion for helping people, excellence, and innovation
  • Experience in business-to-business sales or in solution selling is preferred.
  • Has the initiative and capacity to thrive in an ever-evolving environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as salesforce is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of working in related or unrelated field is preferred.
