Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree Holder preferably under Business Courses and other related courses

- Candidates MUST have at least TWO (2) years of related work experience in the field of Executive Assistant

- Can start IMMEDIATELY.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management of stocks
• Purchasing of Supplies
• Kitchen Management
• Weekly reporting of sales
• Popup Manning coordination
• Sushi Bar Coordination with clients on the day of the event
• Order and Menu Management
• Expense Reports
• Personal Assistance
• Running errands

- Papers for government compliance; experience with government compliance is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php22,000.00 per month
