Korean Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Korean Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for our Korean-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and courteously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing information to providers on the members' coverage and status of medical needs claims.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers
• Explaining possible solutions and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
• Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming, or clarifying information.

Requirements

• Fluent in Korean and English, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient with computer systems and CRM software.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn.
• Utilizing software, databases, and tools appropriately.
