Description
The Senior KYC Analyst will join eClerx Philippines' Shared Services HR team to ensure that all client relationships meet stringent Know‑Your‑Customer and Anti‑Money‑Laundering standards. The role involves researching, documenting, and maintaining client profiles, monitoring KYC records, and collaborating with global stakeholders to resolve compliance queries while supporting remediation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Conduct research on internal and external sites and databases to prepare and update client profiles.
Review all information and documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations and client standards.
Perform KYC monitoring, track records, and assist in developing action plans for expiring records.
Ensure all client relationships undergo appropriate KYC identification screening and information searches.
Adhere to internal and external KYC requirements in line with AML CDD policies and procedures.
Procure, maintain, and update KYC due‑diligence documentation in the bank’s systems for reference and verification.
Collaborate with team members and global stakeholders to resolve KYC queries.
Share knowledge and promote teamwork with an adaptable and flexible approach.
Support remediation processes for non‑compliant records.
Generate reports on KYC status and compliance metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
0‑2 years of experience in AML compliance and KYC within the financial services industry.
Experience conducting due diligence and AML/KYC reviews in a financial institution.
Working knowledge of AML, regulatory compliance, and controls in banking and financial services.
Strong research skills with the ability to document information clearly and comprehensively.
Excellent time‑management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work professionally with all levels of staff and management.
Strong teamwork, organizational, problem‑resolution, and initiative skills.
Sound judgment, a keen sense of urgency, and high professional integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
