Our Business Development and Transaction Banking team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig or Makati with the role of Onboarding and Integration Support Officer L1.

In this role, you will coordinate client onboarding and technical integration activities for API Portal clients, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with business requirements. You will work closely with the Head of Business Development Technology and Implementation to support the successful execution of API integration initiatives.

What the role will entail

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and API integration activities, ensuring readiness from initiation through go-live.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing onboarding support, guidance, and timely resolution of integration-related concerns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Platform, IT, Risk, and Compliance to ensure smooth onboarding execution.
• Monitor integration milestones, testing activities, and readiness checkpoints to support successful production activation.
• Communicate onboarding advisories, maintenance schedules, testing windows, and implementation updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain onboarding documentation and trackers, ensure compliance with governance requirements, and support continuous process improvements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or any related field.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, operations, customer support, or integration support, preferably within banking, financial services, or digital platforms, with ideal experience supporting API testing and integration activities, addressing client inquiries, and guiding clients on implementation best practices.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams across Business, IT, Operations, Risk, and Governance functions.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes, documentation requirements, incident management, and escalation procedures.
• Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of APIs and system integrations, with strong documentation, coordination, and reporting skills.
