We are looking for a L2 Active Directory for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
As L2 Active Directory you will be supporting, implementing, monitoring, and administering ISS infrastructure and services in accordance with Tech Services and IT Security directives, ensuring stability, security, and operational efficiency across supported environments;
You will be ensuring that system and service administration activities are performed in line with established ISS procedures, maintaining compliance with operational standards and governance requirements;
You will be troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions in collaboration with vendors and third-party support teams, ensuring timely resolution of incidents across supported technology platforms;
You will be supporting, reporting on, and administering Local IT inventory, maintenance activities, and end-user devices, ensuring accurate asset management and operational readiness;
You will be participating in emerging projects, providing technical expertise and acting as a liaison between project teams and the wider department to ensure successful implementation of initiatives;
You will be reporting on administration activities, operational issues, and project progress to the Tech Services and IT Security Team Leader as well as the Service Delivery Manager, ensuring visibility and effective communication;
You will be ensuring that technical documentation, operational procedures, and support materials are properly maintained and updated for Operations & Services and Pre-Production teams;
You will be following established training plans, schedules, and development requirements, ensuring completion of mandatory training programs and continuous enhancement of technical knowledge.
3+ years of experience in system administration and troubleshooting, ensuring strong hands-on expertise in supporting enterprise IT environments;
Ability to work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms, enabling support and administration of cloud-based infrastructure and services;
Experience with Windows Server administration, enabling management and support of enterprise server environments;
Knowledge of security and endpoint protection solutions such as Cortex XDR and Microsoft Defender, enabling proactive threat detection and system protection;
Knowledge of patch management solutions such as BigFix and WSUS, enabling controlled deployment of updates and security fixes;
Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks, enabling adherence to structured service management and operational processes;
Knowledge of scheduling tools such as CA Unicenter Autosys, enabling management and automation of operational workloads;
Knowledge of monitoring solutions such as CA Unicenter NSM or BMC Truesight, enabling proactive monitoring and issue detection across infrastructure environments;
Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server or Oracle, enabling basic administration, troubleshooting, and support activities;
Knowledge of backup and storage technologies, enabling support for data protection, recovery, and retention processes;
Experience with VMware and Hyper-V administration, enabling management of virtualized infrastructure environments;
Experience applying ITIL best practices, ensuring effective incident, problem, and change management processes.
Salary for work amounting to 80,000 – 90,000 PHP
Monthly transportation allowance of ₱4,000;
₱3,600 de minimis monthly non-taxable allowance;
