Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Lead Data Analyst.

As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating data into meaningful insights to support strategic business decisions. You will work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to optimize performance, enhance customer targeting, and drive data-informed decisions across consumer lending and acquisition efforts.

What the role will entail

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations for key performance indicators.
• Identify and segment customer profiles to support tailored loan offerings and optimize product portfolio profitability.
• Evaluate acquisition and marketing campaign effectiveness, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor market trends and customer behavior using statistical tools to inform product and marketing strategies.
• Partner with product managers to benchmark offerings against competitors and market demands.
• Support marketing efforts through targeted audience analysis, conversion optimization, and campaign performance insights.

What were looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS reporting, or CRM, with a minimum of 2 years in banking, fintech, or telco industries.
• Highly proficient in Excel and analytical tools.
• Advanced knowledge of SAS, SQL, or similar programming languages.
• Experience in consumer loan products preferred; experience in digital banking is a strong advantage.
