Who you’ll be working with:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You will be responsible for the following:

• Cloud Platform Enablement - Research, design, and develop reusable infrastructure modules and automation frameworks using Terraform, Helm, and GitLab CI/CD.

• Cloud R&D and Innovation - Explore and prototype new AWS services, Kubernetes features, or open-source technologies aligned with platform enablement goals.

• Operational Excellence - Implement observability and monitoring enhancements through tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Traceable AI.

• Knowledge Sharing & Enablement - Conduct reverse knowledge transfer (RKT), brown-bag sessions, and R&D showcases to upskill internal teams.

• Governance & Standards - Maintain and evolve Cloud Enablement Guidelines, ensuring alignment with architecture baselines and organizational policies

We’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. With 3+ years in Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure R&D roles.


• Strong proficiency in AWS (EKS, S3, MSK, IAM, CloudWatch, Route53) and with solid experience in Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.

• Familiarity with service meshes (Istio) and API gateways (Kong)

• Strong scripting and automation background in Python, Bash, or Go.

• Understanding of observability, security hardening, and infrastructure governance.
