Lead Enrichment Specialist (Data Entry | 15k-20k)

This is a remote position.

● Data Analysis and Management:

○ Analyse existing customer data to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

○ Develop and implement data enrichment strategies to enhance customer profiles.

○ Maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer data across all platforms.

● Customer Insights:

○ Gather and analyse customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences.

○ Generate insights from enriched data to inform marketing and sales strategies.

○ Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns based on enriched data.

● Collaboration and Communication:

○ Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure data enrichment

initiatives align with business goals.

○ Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

○ Train and mentor team members on best practices for data enrichment and management.

● Technology and Tools:

○ Utilise advanced data enrichment tools and technologies to streamline processes.

○ Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in data enrichment and customer relationship

management.

● Performance Monitoring:

○ Track and report on the effectiveness of data enrichment initiatives.

○ Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during implementation.

○ Continuously optimise processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Requirements

SKILLS:

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in data enrichment tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

● Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, customer relationship management, or a similar role.

● Experience with data privacy regulations and best practices is a plus.

● Previous experience with high volume data entry (100+ entries per day)
