As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Fullstack Java Developer with a background in reactive programming to join our team and lead the charge on our exciting new projects.

Qualifications:

• With over 5 years and up of experience in Fullstack Development using Java technologies such as Spring boot, REST API, JPA, and reactive programming.
• Experience in Microservices Architecture, Cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Willing to start ASAP.

Job Description:

• Convert the technical component design into a working back-end code and/or front-end code
  Drives delivery of projects within agreed timeline and estimates
  Consistently apply generally accepted programming standards and techniques to assure efficient program logic and data manipulation
  Create and maintain Unit Test and Sonar compliance before endorsing the application for QA Test
  Diagnose and resolve software problems quickly and efficiently
  Perform reviews and scrutiny on the deliverables of the developers
  Assist on the deployment of the application to different lower environments
  Maintain and handle project source code repositories
  Provide an accurate project updates to the Project Manager
  Aware of technology trends with relation to system or software development trends as much as possible
  Provide coaching and assistance to the team
  Oversee the deliverables of developers for each projects
  Participate in proposal generation; i.e. review of the requirement and designing application features, coming up with the development estimates
  Participate in process standardization and/or improvement on team related tasks
  Formulate and manage initiatives to improve skills, quality & efficiency of the team.
  Ensures code and fixes implemented do not introduce new problems/issues.
  Investigates, fixes and tests defects.
  Reviews the work of the SW Engr.
  Ensures security and fraud related considerations for the code are implemented and tested.
