Job Description - Lead Generation and Admin Support


Responsibilities





    Key responsibilities and duties
  • Database growth (mining for new contacts/customers).

  • Qualify incoming email enquiries prior to passing onto the sales team.

  • Lead generation & making initial contact.

  • Follow up samples that have been sent after delivery.

  • Monitor activity on social media pages & generating reports on social media activity. -Maintain & update database




Requirements





  • Must have experience in a business-to-business environment & lead generation.

  • Shows initiative and self-motivation with a willing (can do) attitude who can work remotely. Have the desire to be creative and be an asset to our company.

  • English vocabulary must be perfect & clearly spoken.

  • Proven Administrative capabilities including a professional and dynamic attitude.

  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service at every point of contact.

  • Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting/CRM software.




Work Arrangement




  • Work Setup: On-site

  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PHT, should complete nine (9) hours work, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break
