Lead Generation & Cold Email Specialist

Were a growing recruitment agency looking for someone who truly knows how to generate B2B leads and turn outreach into real opportunities.

We need a person with proven experience in lead generation — not theory, not I watched a YouTube video. You should already know how to find decision-makers, collect verified contact details, and run bulk email campaigns that actually get replies.

Your job will be simple and results-focused:
Find companies (USA and worldwide) that may need recruitment services, collect accurate emails and phone numbers of decision-makers, and run bulk outreach campaigns to bring in new clients.

This is a fixed-price role for a specific number of leads. Clear targets. Clear payment.

What youll do:

• Research companies in the USA and globally

• Find HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, Founders, CEOs, etc.

• Collect verified business emails and phone numbers

• Build clean, organized lead lists

• Send bulk cold email campaigns

• Track responses and optimize messaging

What we expect:

• Proven track record in B2B lead generation

• Experience finding verified emails (Apollo, Hunter, Snov, Lusha, or similar tools)

• Experience sending bulk cold emails

• Understanding of email deliverability basics

• Ability to work independently and hit targets

This is not a beginner position. We are looking for someone who has already done this successfully.

Compensation:

Fixed price for an agreed number of verified leads.
Potential long-term collaboration if results are strong.
