Lead Generation and Research Analyst

Responsibilities

The Lead Generation and Research Analyst is responsible for conducting comprehensive competitor analysis and identifying their customer base to assess opportunities for expanding our franchise network. The effectiveness of this role will be measured by the volume and quality of qualified leads generated.

• Conduct comprehensive research on Nuflow’s primary competitors, including APS, No Dig Depot, RSM, and Pipe Core.


• Identify and analyse the customer base of these competitors to uncover potential opportunities.


• Qualify leads to ensure alignment with Nuflow’s target criteria and geographic focus areas via phone calls


• Develop a structured target list segmented by region, suitability, and revenue potential.


• Estimate and report on the potential market size within Australia. Requirements:

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or similar roles


• Background in construction or trade\-based businesses (e.g. plumbing) is preferred


• Solid experience contacting, qualifying, and setting appointments, with structured handover to the next stage of the sales process


• Comfortable engaging with a mix of professional and non\-professional contacts


• Strong ability to research and identify prospects independently


• Familiarity with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is preferred but not required


• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills

Work Arrangement

• Work Setup: On\-site


• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST, should complete nine 9 hours work
