Lead Generation and Telemarketing Associate (AU Offshoring, Hybrid)

Salary: P60,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing or similar roles mandatory.
• Previous experience engaging with Australian clients mandatory.
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Experience using HubSpot is a must

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in a leadership role a plus but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or a related field a plus but not mandatory.

What will you do?

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our target market.
• Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Clearly communicate product/service features and benefits to prospects.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals.
• Handle objections effectively and provide accurate information to address concerns.
• In the future with proper training have the ability to own prospect clients from lead to closure as directed by the Sales Manager.
