Job Description - Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities

Focused on lead generation for the Australian Sales Teams and first response selling channels across the business.

Phone-based selling activities working across our brands within the group.

Proactive development of new customers and strategic expansion of our brands to maximise market share.

Utilising the latest in sales technologies to generate lead enquiry with an aggressive attitude towards closing and maintaining lead data within sales tools.

Requirements

Up to 2 years’ proven sales, business development experience including successful cold-calling experience

Sales/business development experience in mining, construction or the industrial sector and an existing network in these industries

Experience/knowledge of Hire/Rentals equipment industry, including relevant equipment product knowledge

Excellent English communication skills in the following areas: written verbal negotiation presentation

Ability to work in a dynamic and changeable environment effectively, with minimal supervision

Ability to work effectively in a busy and high-pressure team environment

Demonstrated commitment to quality; ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines and self-motivation

Work Arrangement

Work Setup: On-site

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm PHT, should complete nine (9) hours work, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break
