We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist for a financial services provider in Australia to build and execute lead generation activity that creates a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities. It translates strategy into outbound activity, qualifies prospects, and feeds high-quality leads into the sales pipeline.
Duties and responsibilities
Identify target companies and decision-makers aligned to ICP
Build and maintain structured prospect lists
Execute outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn
Personalise messaging based on industry and role
Qualify leads against defined criteria
Conduct initial discovery conversations
Schedule meetings and handover to sales
Maintain CRM accuracy and data integrity
Track outreach performance and conversion metrics
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and messaging
Continuously test and improve outreach strategies
Ideally work experience as a Lead Generation, Appointment Setter, or similar role
Previous working experience in an Australian-based company is highly regarded
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, data sourcing platforms (Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc) is highly regarded
Ability to engage with decision-makers at all levels and present provided services properly
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
A self-motivated attitude and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
