Lead Generation Specialist – Healthcare / Hospital Outreach




Cube Care is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our healthcare sales and marketing efforts by generating high-quality leads from hospitals across the United States.


This in-house role focuses on B2B healthcare lead generation, including researching hospital decision-makers, executing targeted email outreach campaigns, and nurturing qualified prospects into meaningful sales conversations.



The ideal candidate has experience in email outreach or sales development, understands hospital industry dynamics, and can create thoughtful, compliant campaigns that align with our brand voice while building trust with healthcare professionals.



🧩 Key Responsibilities



  • Research and build verified lists of hospital contacts based on target roles, titles, and geographic regions

  • Conduct manual contact validation to ensure accuracy and relevance

  • Develop tailored email outreach messaging aligned with campaign goals and healthcare pain points

  • Execute and manage email campaigns using tools such as SendGrid integrated with Odoo (or similar CRM platforms)

  • Monitor, respond to, and nurture inbound lead replies through the early sales pipeline

  • Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging across all outreach efforts

  • Track and report on campaign performance, lead quality, objections, and interest levels

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategy

  • Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices, especially when communicating with healthcare and hospital servers



🎯 Success Metrics



  • 300+ verified hospital contacts added per month

  • 10–15 high-quality, engaged healthcare leads generated monthly

  • Email open rate of 35%+ and reply rate of 8%+

  • Execution of 2–3 email campaigns per quarter

  • Lead-to-opportunity conversion tracked in collaboration with sales

  • Weekly reporting with actionable insights and recommendations



📌 Qualifications



  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or email outreach (healthcare industry experience preferred)

  • Strong research skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRMs (SendGrid, Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

  • Clear, persuasive written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle large data sets

  • Comfortable segmenting contact lists based on target criteria



🌟 Preferred Experience



  • Prior experience generating leads within hospitals or healthcare organizations

  • Experience integrating CRM data for outreach, tracking, and reporting

  • Processor: Minimum 5th-generation Intel i5 or equivalent

  • Memory: Minimum 4 GB RAM

  • Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX (Linux/Unix not supported)

  • Internet: Minimum 5.0 Mbps primary connection + qualifying backup connection

  • Headset: USB noise-cancelling headset (required)

  • Webcam: Minimum 3 MP, capable of 720p recording
