Job Description - Lead Generation/Sales Assistant (with Financial Experience)

  GrowthAssistant is looking for a Lead Generation/Sales Assistant for our growth marketing team. This teammate will ge​​nerate leads, build a list of prospective clients, and manage leads in the CRM, respond to outbound sales emails, and schedule appointments with the Sales team. The Benefits Work From Home Attendance, Performance, and Referral Bonuses Paid Holidays and Time Offs Health Insurance Card The Role Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo/Apollo, Brizo, Dun and Bradstreet, Hubspot, etc., to generate leads and build lists of premium accounts based on client-specified parameters. Upload, organize, and regularly update leads in Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach or Pipedrive to ensure streamlined processes. Source missing information from online databases and other relevant sources to enrich lead profiles. Validate lead data for accuracy and completeness before initiating outreach efforts. Build and manage nurturing cadences Schedule meetings on the team's calendar through written communication channels, facilitating efficient coordination. Upload notes to HubSpot and progress deal cards throughout the pipeline Manage tasks, bumps; provide reminders for the sales team to meet deadlines Assist with follow up comms as directed Conduct ad hoc research on prospective customers to gather insights and support lead-generation efforts. The Requirements Experience/Background in Financial or Fintech Industry At least 2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR/Sales Assistant role At least  2  years of experience in Research, Lead Generation, or Profiling utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoominfo, Seamless or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in utilizing list-building tools effectively. At least 2 years of experience and proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with a preference for Hubspot Should be extremely detail-oriented and highly organized, proactive, resourceful, team player, and complete deliverables on time Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to work within the US zone (between 8pm-9am Manila Time.
