Pointwest is looking for a Lead .NET Developer who will spearhead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions in the Insurance domain. You will lead a cross-functional team, ensure smooth feature rollouts using microservices and modern DevOps practices, and mentor fellow developers. This role plays a key part in delivering high-value digital solutions while championing the Pointwest values of Leadership, Excellence, and Innovation, and our culture of Agility, Accountability, Innovation, Collaboration, and Customer Centricity.

• Lead the development and delivery of .NET-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• At least 5 years of experience in .NET development, including team leadership

• Strong proficiency in:

  • C#, .NET Core, SQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AngularJS

• Solid understanding of:

  • Object-oriented design, design patterns, unit testing, user stories/use cases

• Experience with:

  • Microservices architecture, platform-based development, CI/CD pipelines

• Excellent team collaboration and problem-solving skills
