Leadership & Management Assessor (Australian Client/Day Shift)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or any relevant degree


• Previous experience in consulting, business, management, development or coaching is highly regarded


• At least 2 years’ experience in an assessor role in the VET sector or similar with previous industry experience is a plus


• Has TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to take certifications for the role


• Experience with Learner Management System, preferably Axcelerate

Responsibilities

• Assess competence of learners


• Marking and ensuring all allocated assessments are marked 


• Provide coaching to assist with learners with gaps


• Send results to leaners via email 


• Record learners assessment progress via Excel 


• Update Axcelerate with learners' results 


• Participate in validation and moderation activities
