Job Description - Learning and Development Manager

Training & Development (Human Resources & Recruitment)

This is a full-time on-site role as a Learning and Development Manager at Cebu Landmasters, Inc. The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for all level of employees in the organization. 

Essential Functions :

  • Creates dynamic and tailor fit training designs for specific roles and functions, and across all job level, including executives.
  • Develops training materials, modules, and programs befitting to the needs of the training design. 
  • Champions the learning and development academy of Cebu Landmasters Inc. that will aim for continuous learning and enhancement of technical knowledge by keeping up with the current trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure employees receive the essential and necessary training to excel in their respective roles that will eventually contribute to company success and ensure that the company's training initiatives align with its strategic goals..
  • Maps curriculum that will prepare leaders for succession planning.
  • Strategically devises and executes accelerated training and development programs, resulting in the engagement and retention of talents that will prepare them for promotions and leadership roles.
  • Evaluates training effectiveness and provides reports in measuring how much the organization has gained from its investment in trainings. 

Qualifications :

  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training methodologies
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to assess training needs and design effective learning solutions
  • Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field
