WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
The Learning Experience Lead is a critical member of Boldr's People Success team, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our learning ecosystem and driving learner engagement. This role combines expertise in learning technology administration, data analysis, and communication, with a direct impact on the onboarding experience and general learning initiatives. The Learning Experience Lead serves as the primary point of contact for all learner inquiries, providing essential support to foster a culture of continuous learning across Boldr's global workforce.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
1. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration & Learning Operations:
Act as admin user of Boldr’s learning systems to administer and maintain learning technologies, including user management, create user accounts, enroll learners in courses, prepare security and admin protocols, customize the system’s appearance and configurations.
Prepare and conduct walkthroughs, roadshows to learners and leaders in order to support and guide on how to use the systems, troubleshoot or liaise with the vendors to resolve any problems that arise in using the system.
Manage learning program logistics, including scheduling, enrollment, and tracking for general learning sessions and onboarding programs.
Ensure data integrity and compliance across all learning systems.
Provide timely and effective technical and general support to all learners and internal stakeholders regarding learning platforms, content access, and program inquiries.
Observe Boldr’s LMS maintenance framework.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in e-learning.
2. Learning Data Analysis & Reporting:
Conduct in-depth learning data analysis to identify trends in program adoption, engagement, and completion and escalate utilization issues, as well as low adoption and engagement rates.
Generate and distribute comprehensive L&D reports and dashboards to track program effectiveness and inform strategic decisions for the L&D team and leadership.
Analyze learning metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs..
3. Learning Engagement & Communications:
Develop and execute L&D communication strategies to effectively promote learning programs, resources, and events across the organization.
Create visually engaging promotional content (e.g., newsletters, announcements, internal social media posts) to drive program adoption and foster a vibrant learning culture.
Support the L&D team in coordinating and preparing materials for various learning events.
Answer inquiries and provide the necessary information to clients
Partner with respective communications team (Marketing and/or Impact) to get assistance with
communication strategy development for L&D
Help promote and maintain L&D’s programs across all Boldr offices through the dissemination of
promotional materials you create
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of L&D communications.
4. Facilitation & General Learning Support:
Facilitate engaging live and virtual "lunch and learn" sessions, micro-learning and bite sized sessions, as well as other general learning programs, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development across the organization.
Assist in the curation and organization of the digital content library, ensuring resources are up-to-date and easily discoverable.
Facilitate new hire orientation for specific locations when needed.

YOU HAVE…
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or field related to Human Sciences.
2 years of experience in an L&D operations, LMS administration, or similar people related role, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging content and providing clear support.
Experience in facilitating live and/or virtual training sessions.
Highly organized with strong project coordination skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, agile team.
Understanding of adult learning principles and a passion for employee development.
